Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be in their original, unopened condition with all packaging and tags intact. Items that are opened or used are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@techviole.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may be non-refundable, including but not limited to, personalized or custom-made products. Refunds are not provided for shipping costs or products damaged after delivery.
